Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products are shipped starting from the end of the countdown displayed on the product page or the dedicated page. This date is indicative and may be subject to minor adjustments. By placing an order, the customer accepts that their purchase will only be shipped from this deadline.

1. General Information

The shop is operated by FUZE III, hereinafter referred to as "the Company". Any order placed on our online shop implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

2. General Terms of Use (GTU)

Use of this site is subject to these GTU. By browsing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
It is forbidden to use the site for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory purposes or to undermine the Company's image.

3. Products and orders

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may exist.
Photographs are not contractual.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices and offers at any time without prior notice.

Any order will only be considered final after receipt of full payment.

4. Prices and Delivery (Not applicable to pre-orders)

4.1 Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped twice a week.

The processing time is 1 to 4 working days from the validation of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The delivery times indicated below are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, destination or exceptional circumstances (strikes, customs, force majeure, etc.).

⏱ Delivery times

Delivery times run from the shipment of the order.

They are estimated between 5 and 14 working days, unless otherwise specified.

⚠️ No refund or compensation can be claimed in case of delay attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond the Company's control.

⚠️ Responsibility and transfer of risks

Products travel at the customer's risk from the moment they are handed over to the carrier.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any reservations with the carrier within the legal deadlines.

🌍 Customs and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be required.

These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility.

No refund can be made in case of refusal of the package for this reason.

❗ Delivery address

The customer is solely responsible for the delivery information provided during the order.

In case of an incorrect address, unclaimed or returned package, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

❌ Force majeure

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, logistical blockage, etc.).

4.2 Delays, losses and damages

In case of loss or damage during transport, the responsibility lies with the carrier. We recommend that the customer check the condition of the package upon receipt and, if necessary, make precise and reasoned reservations with the carrier.

5. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Once the product has been received and checked, a refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return or proof of shipment provided by the customer.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of delivery to a relay point or post office, the Customer has a limited period (determined by the carrier) to collect their package.
Any package not claimed within this period will be automatically returned to the sender.
From the date of the package's return to our premises, the Customer has a period of 14 days to request either the re-shipment of their order (at the Customer's expense) or a refund of the order amount, excluding initial shipping costs.
After this 14-day period, the order will be considered abandoned and no claims will be accepted.

6. Liabilities

The Company shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold, including, but not limited to, operating losses, financial losses, or data losses.

The Company's liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the customer.

In cases of force majeure or exceptional events (strikes, natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, etc.), the Company cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill the order.

The Company also declines all responsibility in case of an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, or in case of a package not collected or refused without valid justification.

Customs fees and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees remain entirely the responsibility of the customer, who is solely responsible for their payment.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delays or blockages related to customs processing, nor for any additional fees applied by local authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site, whether visual, textual or audio, are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, use or adaptation, partial or total, of any of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Company.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use are governed by French law.

In the event of a disagreement or dispute related to the use of the site or an order, an amicable solution will be sought primarily between the parties.
