What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available in stock. This ensures that you receive the item as soon as it is shipped, without the risk of it being out of stock.
How do pre-orders work in your shop?
When a product is available for pre-order, this is clearly indicated on the product page. You can purchase it like any other item, but delivery occurs after production, so there is no fixed delivery date.
When will I receive my pre-order?
No date is set. We do our best to produce and send your orders as quickly as possible, but in the event of an exceptional delay, you will be informed by email.
Do I have to pay immediately for a pre-order?
Yes. As with a standard purchase, payment is made at the time of order to reserve your product.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your pre-order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact us promptly via email with your order number at SAV@CREATORLAB.FR
Can I order other items at the same time?
Yes, but if you order an in-stock product with a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order is ready, unless you place two separate orders.
How will I know that my pre-order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
